Customer Service Line Material Survey
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations: Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR), which required that all community public water systems develop a service line inventory. To create a customer service line inventory, we need you to identify what material your service line is. The customer service line is the water line that runs from the meter pit into the house.
And-Tro Water Authority is asking every customer to identify the material used for their service line and to respond to the survey. You can click the link below to fill out the survey online.
2024 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR):
Each year we make available the Drinking Water Quality Report, which is a short report that tells where your water comes from and what is in it. The Water Quality Report is now available in the 2024 CCR reports, linked below.
Holiday Hours
Troy Township Office will be closed September 1, in observation of Labor Day. The office will also be closed November 11, 27, and 28 in observation of Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving. Payments can still be dropped in our night drop outside the office. Messages left during this time will be checked the next working business day.
